Do you close if the weather is bad?
We are in INDOOR haunt and will be open as scheduled.  Our wait area is outside.  However, we will be doing timed ticketing and a virtual que line so there will be no waiting in long lines.

Does your attraction have security?
Yes, we have a security team as well as The City of Cumming police onsite every night.  Security cameras are also placed throughout the building to ensure employee and customer safety.

I have a large group of people coming, can I get a better price?
Yes, Group Sales inquiries may be directed to 678-341-0920 or info@fourscytheshaunt.com.

Is this for little kids?
Four Scythes Haunted Attraction is not recommended for children younger than 12.

What size group can enter at the same time?
We recommend individual groups be limited to 6 victims or less.  If you have a large group you will be split up.

Can I bring a flashlight?
Other than staff, no one is allowed to use flashlights, laser lights and/or other forms of illumination including cell phones within the attraction.

Can I bring my phone?
No cameras, photos, and videography of any kind is allowed inside the attraction. However, photos and videos are allowed to be captured while waiting in line or at the photo op areas.   If you are caught recording or taking pictures you risk denied entry and or removal from the attraction due to copywrite infringement.   Please see lost item question below.

What if I lose a personal item (cell phone, keys, etc.) while in the haunt?
Personal items need to be put away in a secure place while going through the attraction. If you lose your personal item while in the attraction, please report it to the ticket booth.  We will make every attempt to recover your personal item, however the show will not stop, and you will not be able to go back into the haunted house to look for it.  We are not responsible for any lost or damaged possessions.

Will I get touched by any actors?
Four Scythes Haunted Attraction has a strict no touching policy for both our actors and customers.  The actors will not touch you.  Anyone caught touching actors and or props will be denied entry and/or removed from the attraction by security.

Do you give refunds?
There are no refunds given under any circumstances.  All sales are Final.

What happens if I am so scared that I need to get out of the haunted house?
Any actor or security team member can escort you to a behind the scenes area, and out of the building.  You will not be issued a refund, if you are too scared, that means we did our job.

Are there any health concerns I should know about?
If you are pregnant, prone to seizures, heart problems or other serious health issues please be forewarned.  We may use lights, strobes, scents, fog, and music to create a sensory experience that has been known to overwhelm some people.

Can I bring a bag into the attraction?
Any bag is subject to be searched.

Are there restrooms on the property?
Yes, we have the Fairground restrooms right next to our building at Horton Hall.
