This haunted attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.

Violation of our policies and rules will result in denied entry and/or removal from Four Scythes Haunted Attraction without a refund. Please review our rules listed below.

• DO NOT TOUCH PROPS AND/OR ACTORS.
  
• NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO RECORDING ALLOWED WITHIN THE ATTRACTION
• NO SMOKING, VAPING OR OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND
• NO FIREARMS AND/OR WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
• NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON PROPERTY
• NO FLASHLIGHTS
• NO RUNNING, ROUGH PLAY, FIGHTING, AND JUMPING THE LINE
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN AND/OR DAMAGED POSSESSIONS OF CUSTOMERS WHILE ON PREMISE

We do have an onsite security team along with City of Cumming Police officers.  Security cameras are also placed throughout the building to ensure employee and customer safety.

Although the management has made every attempt to ensure that Four Scythes Haunted Attraction is a safe attraction, there is always the slight risk of injury.  Therefore, neither Four Scythes Haunted Attraction nor its affiliates assume ANY liability for injuries sustained during the attraction or while on its premises.
